Seeking Apartment Remodeling/Maintenance Worker

***Up to 50 hours per week. You are expected to help our team rehabilitate several units per week***

Looking for a hardworking and honest individual to complete maintenance and rehab work at our apartment complex and nearby properties. Must be experienced in remodeling, landscaping, and plumbing. Must have a reliable pick up truck to carry tools and other items between job sites. *Please do not reach out if you do not have experience and a reliable truck. Your knowledge will be tested!* Must also have a valid form of government issued ID to be hired for this position.

Non-smoker, does not engage in drinking or drugs.

Must have a reliable pick up truck and live nearby. (Can live onsite with all utilities and bills paid.)

Can work part-time or full-time with flexible schedule.
