$20per hour + applicable gratuity paid forward by the guests and shared amongst the team .

Job Description
Tall Shadow Bakery is looking for an experienced barista and cafe server to join our passionate team. We're looking for people who want to work mornings, afternoons and weekends and be a part of a positive work environment while providing memorable service for our customers. Our ideal candidate is enthusiastic, confident, and knowledgeable.
Duties include, but not limited to:
Providing superior friendly, knowledgeable, and quality customer service.
Utilizing a Square POS system to ring up orders and cash handling.
Setting up and maintaining an aesthetically pleasing and efficient bread display
Communicating product and business information with customers as necessary
Operating an espresso machine to make delicious coffees.
Making other beverages
Packaging guest orders and taking payments.

Applicants must:
Be familiar with and able to represent our brand.
Be able to handle a high-volume sales environment
Stand for up to 6 hours.
Lift up to 50lbs from the ground to waist height.
Thrive in a fast-paced environment.
Demonstrate effective teamwork and communication skills.
Solve problems, ask questions, and communicate efficiently with other management.
Position Specifics:
Part-time hourly position, working mornings, afternoon, and weekends.
