About the Role

Jezabels is a woman-owned, Northwest Argentine bakery, restaurant, and market rooted in kindness, hospitality, and attention to detail. We are looking for a Back of House team member who takes pride in their craft, supports the team, and values consistency in both food and attitude.

This position focuses on empanada production and baking , and also supports broader bakery prep and market production . Experience helps, but attitude is more important were happy to train someone who brings curiosity, care, and a willingness to grow.

Responsibilities
  • Shape, fold, and bake empanadas with consistent size, weight, and presentation

  • Follow production lists for empanadas, quiches, and savory items

  • Assist with dough prep, portioning, and station setup

  • Support bakery and farmers market production as needed

  • Maintain a clean and organized workspace

  • Participate in kitchen reset and shared cleaning duties we work as a team

Qualifications
  • 12+ years kitchen, bakery, or BOH experience

  • Strong attention to detail and pride in quality

  • Able to lift 50 lbs and work on your feet for 68 hours

  • Available MondaySunday , with at least one weekend day required

  • Comfortable in a collaborative, feedback-oriented environment

  • Spanish-speaking is a plus, not required
