This is not just a slap-a-bagel-together job. Youll be part of a small, tight-knit team doing real-deal food work: building sandwiches with care, frying, and baking. Were looking for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment when its busy and can keep themselves moving when its quiet.

Sound like you? Youre probably:

A self-starter who doesnt wait to be told what to do but still knows how to work well with others

Chill under pressure even when the line is out the door

Friendly, reliable, and down to work on weekends (non-negotiable!)

A morning personbecause were rollin early

Bilingual (Spanish + English) is a big plus

Experienced in kitchens or sandwich shopsyou know your way around a knife, grill, and hot oven

What youll be doing:

Sandwich making with lots of care (and a little flair)

Frying things golden and beautiful

Helping with bakingbagels, obvs

Keeping our kitchen clean and organized

Working alongside a solid, small team

Hours:

ThursdayMonday- days off are Tuesday & Wednesday

7:30am3:30pm (give or take)

Weekends are a must! Thats when the bagel magic happens.
