?? Key Responsibilities
As a CER, youll be the voice of our companysupporting customers, resolving issues, and ensuring a seamless experience. Your day-to-day will include:
Responding to customer inquiries via phone and email with professionalism and empathy.
Managing a high volume of calls/emails while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail.
Resolving product or service issues by identifying the root cause and offering effective solutions.
Maintaining accurate customer records and updating CRM systems.
Supporting the sales team with quotes, freight estimates, and order updates.
Managing a designated customer territory and nurturing long-term relationships.
Collaborating with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction.
Continuously learning about our products, services, and processes.

Excellent work ethic, reliability, and attendance.
Strong written and verbal communication skills, including grammar and email etiquette.
Ability to prioritize, multitask, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Quick learner with strong note-taking and information retention skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook (calendar, inbox, reminders).
Familiarity with CRM systems and customer service best practices.
Open to feedback and committed to continuous improvement.

Strong English grammar and basic math skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook).
Experience with order processing, inventory, or accounting software is a plus.

12 years of customer service or client-facing experience preferred.
