Customer Service Specialist Job Description As a Customer Service Specialist, you will support our customer base by managing quote and order entry using the Epicor ERP system. Your role will demand high efficiency, both in quality and quantity, to handle daily workloads effectively. You will have the opportunity to escalate issues to the Account Manager and Sales Management when necessary. Communication with customers and other departments, such as Production and Engineering, will be part of your responsibilities. Familiarity with work instructions and participation in ongoing training activities are also expected. Responsibilities Manage quote and order entry in Epicor ERP system. Maintain high efficiency in daily workload. Elevate issues to Account Manager and Sales Management as necessary. Communicate with customers and other departments, including Production and Engineering. Review and understand work instructions. Participate in ongoing training activities. Perform other job duties as assigned. Essential Skills 1 to 2 years of customer service experience. Proficient in MS Office and data entry. Strong attention to detail. Additional Skills & Qualifications Quick learner with an open personality. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Detailed and focused with good organizational and planning skills. Ability to prioritize and handle urgent issues. Work Environment This role is 100% onsite in Tukwila/Southcenter with working hours from 8 AM to 4:30 PM. The position offers exposure to the aerospace industry under a large umbrella company, providing a dynamic and engaging work environment.
