In this position, you will use a passion for preparing food to develop the skills needed to succeed in the restaurant environment. **What will I do?**

+ Ensure incredible service is provided by effectively handling a variety of tasks

+ Follow proper recipes, knife skills and cooking techniques to provide consistent ingredients and finished products

+ Balance prep work while ensuring guests meals are prepared in a timely manner while maintaining high standards

+ Comply with applicable State Restaurant Health Codes and Regulations

+ Knife skills

**Preferred Qualifications**

+ Experience working as a prep cook in the restaurant or hospitality industry

+ Enthusiasm for and knowledge of relevant ingredients and cuisine
