+ Cleans the interior of buildings including floors, carpet, rugs, windows and walls
+ Disinfects commonly used items like desks, door handles, office tools and phones
+ Maintains cleaning inventory, placing orders for new products when needed
+ Empties trash and recycling bins
+ Vacuums, sweeps and mops floors
+ Cleans and maintains restrooms
+ Washes and cleans windows and mirrors
+ Notifies supervisors of unsafe conditions
+ Operates floor scrubbers and other equipment
+ Dusts furniture and fixtures
+ Good communication skills
+ Knowledge of various cleaning products and when to use them
+ Ability to clean and disinfect various surfaces
+ Ability to lift and move at least 50 pounds
+ Good organization skills
+ Knowledge of safety guidelines when working with chemical cleaners
+ Must be able to read, understand and comply with written and verbal instructions, company processes and procedures and safety policies
+ Must be authorized to work in the United States

**Pay Details:** $15.50 to $16.00 per hour
