Looking for a passionate individual who is excited to be the newest member of the Suerte Familia

Suerte is looking to add a new server to our Front of House team that has a passion for providing guests with the best experience possible! The proper candidate for this position is someone who can connect with anyone who walks in the door, displays a passion for the service and product that the guests are t to receive, and is eager toe into the restaurant with the opportunity to learn and grow everyday.

Located in the heart of East Austin, Suerte is an award winning contemporary Mexican restaurant thatbines traditional Mexican cooking techniques, local Texas ingredients and house made masa in a vibrant and lively atmosp.

We are seeking qualified applicants with:

Minimum of 2 years of server experience is preferred, with a proven, stable work history in high quality and reputable establishments.

Must be able to learn and explain the food menu; Mexican cooking techniques, ingredients, and the process of making masa and tortillas.

Must be able to learn and explain the beverage offerings; extensive agave spirits list, house cocktails, curated wine and beer programs.

Ability to accurately take orders andmunicate special requests quickly and effectively.

Flexibility to work within a team based environment and be proactive to look for opportunities to help the restaurant and each other.

Comfortablemunicating with management and co-workers

Detail-oriented andanized

Excellent time management, prioritization, and multitasking skills
