Flavor Co. Catering + Events is hiring for contractor party chefs and servers (1099 workers) to work on site at catered events, including an uing 9-day job at Circuit of the Americas for the Le Mans endurance race.
- Days are August 29th - September 8th
- Free staff parking on site
- Meals provided with every shift
Flavor Co. was established in 2021 and has quickly be the go-to full-service cateringpany for venues,anizations, and individuals all over Austin. We are a preferred caterer at the LBJ Presidential Library & Museum, Pease Park Conservancy, Capitol Factory, KMFA Studios, and more. Some of our clients include The University of Texas football team, The Austin Opera, and Arlyn Recording Studios.
In addition to being a full-service cateringpany, Flavor Co. providesmissary services to Gusto Italian Kitchen + Wine Bar, Gracia Mediterranean, and Gina's on Congress - restaurants undermon ownership with the catering business. The team at Flavor Co. makes fresh pasta, gelato, baguettes, sausages, cakes, and other custom items.
Located near 183 and Cameron Road, Flavor Co. operates from a private 2,000 sq ft private kitchen and office within the PrepATX facility. T is ample safe parking.
The team isprised of industry professionals who enjoy working in a scratch kitchen and getting to explore and work with a wide variety of cuisines. We source quality products including proteins and vegetables from regional farms through Farm to Table.
Contract workers show up at our event sites ready to assist the team with serving, bartending, and chef services. Event sites can range from private homes to businesses to museums to event centers. As an independent contract worker you get to choose your schedule and let our event planner know which events you can work.
