Codependent is a contemporary cocktail bar with coffee shop-style service to start each day. We are located in downtown Austin but with a friendly neighborhood vibe. We are looking for a team of creative individuals with a passion for cocktails and coffee!

As the Barista, you will often set the tone for our guests' entire day. We are encouraging hospitable leaders and self starters to for this position. You will be working in an environment that encourages creativity and attention to detail with opportunities to learn new skills and knowledge sets.

Daily responsibilities include but not limited to:

Set up the cafe for a successful and efficient shift

Create a friendly environment for our guests to return daily if not several times throughout the day

Make timely beverages and quick serve items like pastries and fresh prepared meals

Accurately handle electronic transactions

Maintains a clean work space, cafe, and patio

Occasional beer, wine and cocktail pouring

Effectivemunication with team and management with needs and guest satisfactions

Requirements:

TABC and Texas Food Handler's certificates

Friendly and weing personality

Creative nature and desire to learn

Ability to work in a fast-paced cafe

Weekend availability

We offerpetitive pay as well as paid time off and health insurance for full time employees. We also supply free downtown parking 24/7. Part-time positions are consist of 2-3 shifts. If you are interested in tending bar, hosting or cocktail serving, t are opportunities to be cross-trained!
