This job is a shared tip position we pay hourly wage and pool all the tips equally. This job requires a connection with the guests, a warm greeting and personable response. We were really looking for the right fit for our team. This shift lead is a unique job with a lot of moving pieces as we do a hybrid counter service which requires focus on expo as well as pos. The closing shift requires attention to detail in terms of closing duties and stocking responsibilities.We try to keep a solid schedule and have consistency with our staffing. Our openings are evening service at this time, but scheduling could be flexible based on experience and our team fit. This is not a stand around on your phone type of job.
