Airbnb cleaner

Airbnb cleaner (Lakewood) image 1 of 5 compensation: 60 We are looking for a Cleaner for two Airbnb units in Lakewood Colorado. We pay $50 per Cleaning for a 400 square-foot unit ( 1 one bedroom, one bath) and $60 for a 900 square-foot unit. (2 bedroom, one bath) This equates to about $35 an hour. To be considered for this work, you need your own transportation, and vacuum cleaner. You can use your own cleaning supplies or ours. We are looking for reliability, honesty, and the ability to take instructions. We will request references We have a written set of instructions as a checklist. Makes the job easy You need to have the ability to send photos after you are done with your cleaning. Cleanings generally occur between the hours of 1130 am and 3:30 PM. We have checkouts and check-ins seven days a week, though generally we will have 3 to 4 cleanings per week. Laundry is on site and accessible.
