Hourly Wage: $16.50 + tips | Full-Time & Part-Time Available
Wee to Tanaka, a humble temple of golden panko, warm hospitality, and the kind of unapologetic flavor that makes you close your eyes and breathe deep. We re not saving the world , we re frying katsu, baking bread, and building something real from scratch. And we re looking for someone solid to hold down the front line with us.
The Role:
This is a counter-service position, but don t let the simplicity fool you. The front of house is the nerve center w orders are taken, food is run, and guests are weed like old friends. You ll take orders, deliver plates, keep the dining room dialed and dignified, and do it all with grace under pressure and a genuine smile.
What We re Looking For:
The ideal candidate is more than just capable: they re curious. Curious enough to want to learn the flow of the kitchen, to master the alchemy of espresso, dough, and sugar in our scratch bakery. We make our own milk bread, donuts, cookies, bread pudding, espresso pudding, and those stunning Japanese fruit sandwiches that look too good to eat, but trust us, you should.
We want someone who shows up ready to work, but knows how to laugh. Someone who ll scrub a table with the same pride they plate a meal. Someone who s not afraid to sweat, but smart enough to stay cool. If you re the kind of person who takes pride in being dependable, adaptable, and willing to jump in wver needed, this is your spot.

Take guest orders at the counter with speed, clarity, and care
Deliver food promptly and correctly
Maintain a clean, stocked, and weing dining space
Be open to cross-training in the kitchen and bakery
Support your team, this place only works if we all do
