Charcoal is excited to wee a talented Bartender to our team! Nestled in the heart of Downtown Edmonds, Charcoal delivers a bold twist on Modern American cuisine, featuring a custom-built Santa Maria-style grill that brings unique flavor to familiar,forting dishes.

We re seeking an experienced, part-time bartender who is passionate about hospitality and craftsmanship behind the bar.

THIS IS A TEMPORARY POSITION, SHIFT AVAILABILITY IS THROUGH OCTOBER

What We re Looking For:

Proven experience in craft cocktail creation

Strong knowledge of spirits, wine, beer, and cocktail theory

Exposure to global cuisines

Previous fine dining experience

Excellentmunication and teamwork skills

Availability Tuesday through Thursday (ideal schedule)
