Pig and Tiger is opening soon in the Five Points neighborhood in Denver. We are looking for bartenders who have a true passion for hospitality, advanced knowledge of spirits and craft cocktails, with a deep love for food, and an eagerness and excitement to learn more. We will be a creating a very unique and sustainable bar program that will utilize very special Asian spirits.
Pig and Tiger will showcase the cuisine of Taiwan through traditional classics, modern favorites, new interpretations, all whilebining flavors and techniques, and using local seasonal Colorado products.
Responsibilities:
Provide attentive, warm, knowledgeable service to all guests
Guide guests through the food and beverage menus
Ensure bar is stocked,anized, clean, and maintained throughout service
Collaborate closely with kitchen, management, and FOH staff to deliver a seamless fun experience for all guests
Maintain a thorough understanding of food ingredients, preparation methods, and allergy protocols
Uphold all health and safety standards
Contribute to a warm, thoughtful, weing, fun, and elevated dining atmosp
Qualifications:
A Team player, a positive attitude, hospitality focused
2+ years of bartending experience in an upscale, fast paced, craft cocktail bar program
Advanced knowledge of wine, spirits, and craft cocktails and eagerness to learn more about Asian spirits and wine
Excellentmunication and interpersonal skills
Professional appearance and demeanor
Ability to multi-task and prioritize and stayposed in a fast-paced setting
Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
