Looking for a highly skilled, knowledgeable barista - must befortable with high volume!

HIRING FRONT OF HOUSE STAFF:

Experienced Barista for high volume cafe in Ballard

REQUIREMENTS:

At least one year of highly skilled Barista experience

Ability to pour latte art consistently

Specialty coffee knowledge and willingness to learn

Ability to lift and carry 50lbs

Ability to be on your feet for 8+ hours per shift

EMPLOYMENT DETAILS:

Weekend availability required

Three guaranteed shifts per week + the ability to pick up more

Hourly position, minimum wage + tips = $45 per hour, total potential wages

All hourly positions tips and are part of a mandatory tip pool

BENEFITS:

Paid vacation hour accrual from day one of employment. Use permitted after one year.
