Lioness, a restaurant from Chef Renee Erickson and partners, inspired by all the charming, small wine bar/restaurants that Renee has loved during her stays in Italy, is looking for experienced server/bartender to join our hardworking team.

We are looking for a motivated, hardworking, detail-oriented, professional who works well with others and is excited to learn and grow. This is a full-time, hourly non-exempt position.

Training wage: $20.76/hour to $20.76/Hour

Starting pay: $25 to $25/hour, plus tips and Service Charge.

Pay range for the position: $25 to $25/hour, plus tips and Service Charge.

This is a Service Charge and tip-pooled house.

Requirements for the position:

Minimum 2 years prior experience as a Server.

Minimum 5 years wine experience.

Bartending experience encouraged.

Knowledge of food, classic cocktails, European wine and spirits (strong Italian wine knowledge a plus)

Working knowledge of point-of-sale (POS) systems.

Positive verbalmunication skills.

Ability to perform with confidence and efficiency, quickly with grace.

Ability to lift up to 25 pounds and spend up to six hours standing/walking.

Flexible availability including weekdays and weekends. Full week availability needed.

Floor flexibility a plus (potential bar or host shifts).

Paid time off / Paid Sick Leave -

For part-time (Working 30 or fewer hours a week /seasonal employees) - As required under Washington's Paid Sick Leave law, the employee will be accruing 0.025 hours of Paid Sick Leave for each hour worked.

For full-time employees (Working 30 or more hours a week): the employee will be accruing 0.038 hours of Paid Time Off for each hour worked up to 80 hours a year. After 5 years of working with thepany, the employee will start accruing 0.057 hours of Paid Time Off up to 120 hours a year.
