We are currently seeking one more experienced fine dining server.

Servers with experience in Japanese restaurants is a plus but not required. Takai by Kashiba is an intimate Edo-Mae style Sushi restaurant. The menu is strictly chef's choice. This is a high end personalized experience w we guide the guest through a carefully crafted Omakase experience. We will provide excellent training to ensure success.

Applicant Should Have

Experience in fine dining service

Strong understanding of sequence of service

Strong beverage knowledge required

Strong sake knowledge preferred

Passion for food and beverage

Strongmunication skills

Ability to resolve guestplaints

Willing to continuously learn to improve

Bilingual (English and Japanese) is a plus

Minimum 2 years hospitality experience
