Location: The Ben, Autograph Collection West Palm Beach, FL

At The Ben , West Palm Beachs first Autograph Collection Hotel, we believe every guest interaction is an opportunity to create something memorable. As a Pool Concierge , youll be one of the first and last smiles our guests see during their staysetting the tone for their entire experience. What Youll Do

• Greet all guests at the pool with a warm, welcoming attitude and a smile.

• Assist guests with seating, towels, umbrellas, and poolside amenities.

• Maintain a clean, organized, and inviting pool area at all times.

• Set up, restock, and break down work areas, following daily cleaning and safety checklists.

• Ensure all service equipment is clean, polished, and ready for use.

• Communicate with guests clearly and professionally, responding to needs quickly and courteously.

• Follow all safety, sanitation, and security policies and procedures.

• Assist with additional duties as assigned to support guest satisfaction and team success.

Who You Are

• Friendly, approachable, and reliable with strong communication skills.

• Attentive to guest needs and proactive in anticipating service opportunities.

• Professional in appearance and behavior with a strong sense of responsibility.

• Physically able to stand, bend, lift, and walk for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs.

• Comfortable working outdoors in various weather conditions.
