Roanoke Hospitality is looking for experienced and service-driven Hosts to join our team at 101 Club , our newest concept.

About 101 Club: 101 Club is a vibrant and refined dining destination, located near the Magnificent Mile. Our menu draws inspiration from the multicultural cuisines and rich culinary traditions of the Mediterranean, Spain, Portugal, and Morocco. The space features views of Willis Tower, a stunning rooftop terrace, and an elegant 3-season patio.

101 Club includes the following spaces: Restaurant, Patio, Rooftop, and private events

What Youll Do:
As a Host, you are the first and last impression of our guest experience. Your responsibilities include:

• Greeting guests warmly and professionally

• Managing reservations and coordinating seating flow using a host system

• Assisting with coat check, guest inquiries, and general hospitality needs

• Communicating effectively with servers, bartenders, and managers to ensure smooth service

• Maintaining a welcoming and organized front-of-house environment

Qualifications:

• 12 years of prior host or hospitality experience in a high-volume, full-service restaurant

• Strong communication and multitasking skills

• Commitment to creating a welcoming and memorable guest experience

• Wine and beverage knowledge is a plus

• Must be able to work nights, weekends, and holidays as needed

Physical Requirements:

• Ability to stand and walk for 510 hours per shift

• Safely transport food and beverages across varying surfaces

• Lift and carry trays weighing up to 30 lbs

• Work in both indoor and outdoor settings, including variable temperatures and ventilation

• Tolerate higher noise levels in a busy dining environment

Compensation: Hourly ($18.00 - $20.00)
