WHAT YOU'LL DO:
Youll be the first point of contact for clients, vendors, and visitorsboth in person and over the phone. Your primary responsibilities will include answering and directing calls, greeting guests, scheduling appointments, and providing general administrative support to the office staff. Youll help ensure smooth daily operations by maintaining organized records, managing emails, and assisting with basic customer service tasks. Your role is key in creating a welcoming, professional atmosphere while helping the team stay efficient and responsive.
WHAT'S IN IT FOR YOU:
$20-$22/hr DOE
M-F 8am-5pm

WHAT YOU NEED TO HAVE:
Candidates should have prior experience in a customer service or administrative role, preferably in a construction or trade-related environment. Strong communication skills, a friendly and professional demeanor, and the ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently are essential. Familiarity with scheduling, basic office software (like Microsoft Office or Google Workspace), and answering multi-line phones is highly valued. While knowledge of roofing or construction terminology is a plus, a willingness to learn and adapt quickly is just as important.
