Maintenance Mechanic Machine Tool Maintenance Tech Machine Shop Repair Technician CNC Machining Centers Lathes Mills Machinery automotive aerospace Manufacturing Facility _ .

Provide preventative and corrective maintenance support to production lines and facilitate change-overs as well as facilities maintenance for manufacturer of machined aerospace components, machinery parts, tooling and automotive supplies.

*** Troubleshoot equipment problems and perform immediate repairs and preventative maintenance on equipment.

*** Overhaul and install new equipment.

*** Rebuild and fabricate parts.

*** Perform facility maintenance and maintain clean and safe work area.

*** Generate parts request to ensure adequate inventory.

*** Perform equipment change-overs and production line set ups.

Machinery includes CNC Machine Tools & Machining Centers: Horizontal Lathes; Vertical Lathes; Swiss Screw; Horizontal Machining Centers; Vertical Machining Centers; Double Column Machining Centers; 5 Axis Machining Centers; Grinders; Wheel Machines; Gantry Mills; Bar Mills; Extrusion Mills; Robot Machine Tenders; Parts Washing Machines.
