We need someone who can keep the place clean and stay moving not someone who treats every shady tree like a recliner.

Were hiring a Groundskeeper / Porter in Portage, IN to keep the property clean, curb appeal sharp, and support the maintenance team on basic projects.

This isnt just about picking up trash.
Youll be hauling, sweeping, clearing, lifting, and making sure the property actually looks like somebody cares.
If you move with purpose and dont need someone watching over your shoulder we want to hear from you.

Heres how it works:

Youll be scheduled for a paid working interview show up, do the job for the day, and get paid same day via Cash App, Zelle, or Venmo.
No checks. No waiting.
Sometimes we send more than one person. Whoever shows up, works hard, and fits the team usually gets the job.
If they choose you, you come back the next day and get placed on weekly payroll.
If not, you still get paid and stay active for future work.
