Lead Server

Trattoria 225 has been serving the Oak Park and surrounding communities for over 15 years. We are a neighborhood restaurant with many regular loyal customers and guests. We pride ourselves with having great food and great service in a warm and comfortable environment.
We are seeking a reliable strong server to join our teem. The position to be filled will be for four shifts per week with additional shifts for private parties available.

Responsibilities:
Greet guests promptly and courteously
Take food and beverage orders accurately
Serve meals and drinks in a timely and professional manner
Communicate with kitchen staff regarding orders and special requests
Maintain cleanliness of the dining area
Provide attentive service
Follow all food safety and sanitation guidelines

Qualifications:
Previous server or hospitality experience
Strong communication skills
Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
Positive attitude
