Food & Beverage Attendant

Position Summary
City Winery isexcited to launch a new concession stand concept featuring to go wine, icecream and a variety of unique, elevated treats. Were seeking enthusiastic,guest-focused Concession Stand Attendants to help bring this experience tolife. This role is responsible for providing exceptional service, preparing andserving food and beverage items, and maintaining a clean and organizedconcession area.

Overview of Responsibilities

Greet guests warmly andprovide knowledgeable information about menu offerings, including wine icecream and specialty items

Operate POS systemefficiently and accurately; handle cash and card transactions

Prepare and serve items inaccordance with portion and quality standards

Maintain cleanliness andsanitation standards for food prep and service areas

Restock inventory andsupplies throughout the shift

Follow all health, safety,and alcohol service regulations

Support the team in opening,closing, and cleaning duties

Providea warm and welcoming guest experience consistent with City Winery standards

Minimum Qualifications

Previous experience in concessions, quick service, orhospitality preferred

Strong communication and guest service skills

Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment

Must be 18+; 21+ preferred for alcohol handling

Food Handlers Certificate and/or Alcohol Server Certificationa plus

Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays asneeded
