About the location:

Luxurious mountain lodge in the heart of the American West. Nestled in a verdant mountain valley, Five-Star Four Seasons Resort and Residences Jackson Hole is surrounded by some of Americas most rugged peaks, celebrated ski runs and wildlife in nearby Grand Teton National Park. Adventure for every season awaits, complemented by luxurious guest rooms and onsite amenities.

Responsibilities

• The Ski Valet is responsible for performing ski and snowboard rental, retail sales, and attending to guest needs.

• Responsible for providing exceptional service to guests.

• Must be able to perform rentals, sell retail and impart resort knowledge in fast paced environment.

• Timely delivery, retrieval, and storage of skis and equipment

• Communicate with guests about gear, mountain and conditions.

• Process payments on outlet POS system.

• Maintain up-to-date inventory of all equipment

• The ability to multi-task and communicate effectively are a must.

• The ideal candidate also has a general knowledge about skiing and snowboarding.

Preferred Qualifications

• Positive attitude and detailed experience in winter sports.

• Excellent personal skills particularly when dealing with Guest Service scenarios

• Previous ski shop, retail shop experience preferred.

• Must be willing to work a flexible schedule in order to accomplish all major responsibilities. This includes evenings, weekends and holidays.

• This position requires the ability to lift up to 50lb.

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Windows based applications and internet-based software

• Successful candidate must possess legal work authorization in the United States
