Applicant must have:
A MINIMUM of 5 years experience in an upscale restaurant
A great knowledge of food
EXTENSIVE WINE KNOWLEDGE
Sommelier Certification a plus
The ability to multi-task working a busy well while still serving guests
Strong communication and organizational skills
The ability to take direction and stay focused in a fast-paced environment
A professional appearance and demeanor
A friendly and positive attitude
The ability to problem solve
