Join Our Civil Construction Team!
Were looking for a reliable, motivated crew member with underground utility experience.
This is not a full-time travel role were hiring local candidates interested in a long-term career and willing to grow with us.

Key Responsibilities:
Install underground conduit systems

Set handholes, manholes, and utility structures

Operate mini-excavators, skid steers, and directional boring equipment

Read construction drawings and utility plans

Maintain a clean, safe, and productive worksite

Travel as needed per diem and hotel provided

What Were Looking For:
Experience in civil construction and underground infrastructure is a plus. However will consider candidates with a strong work ethic and the will to learn a new trade.

CDL preferred but not required

We offer in-house CDL training with 12-month commitment

Ability to operate construction equipment is a plus

Willingness to travel. We travel often to the greater Nashville area. Candidate must be ok with working out of town.
