What Were Looking For:
23 years of professional pastry experience, preferably in a lead prep role.
Strong sense of urgency, organization, and ownership over a station.
Ability to lead all prep for plated dinner desserts as well as brunch pastry production.
A collaborative mindset and a desire to grow into a leadership position this is a management-in-training role with the goal of moving into a Junior Sous Chef position.
Compensation:
Starting at $21$23 per hour, with merit-based raises and opportunities for advancement.
