Position Details:
* Schedule: Saturday, Sunday, and Monday (potential prep day throughout the week)
* Pay: $18/hour
* Responsibilities:
* Prepare and cook small food menu according to our quality standards
* Run food, bus tables, run dishwasher, refill bar
* Maintain a clean, organized kitchen
* Assist with inventory management and ordering
* Follow all food safety and cleanliness protocols
* Work with a close-knit team in a dynamic environment

Qualifications:
* Previous line cook experience preferred
* Barback experience a must
* Must have a valid food handlers card
* Ability to thrive in a high-energy, fast-paced setting
* Strong attention to detail and a passion for food
* Reliable, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team
* Must be available to work weekends (Saturday, Sunday, and Monday) and potentially a prep day during the week
