The Receptionist is the face of Mark Miller Subaru- the first person to greet our guests as they enter the sales floor or when they call in with a question. We're looking for a warm and welcoming person who will help us make a good first impression.
Responsibilities include:
- Answering phone calls- providing answers where possible, or redirecting calls to other people/departments as necessary
- Scanning, filing, and organizing both physical and and electronic documents
- Handling incoming and outgoing mail
- Keeping the reception area organized and tidy looking
- Assist with other tasks or projects as needed.
This position is located at our Midtown location (3535 S. State Street SLC UT 84115)
