Dental Receptionist/Treatment Coordinator

We are seeking a bilingual, organized, and compassionate Dental Receptionist/Treatment Coordinator to join our patient-focused family owned dental office.

As the first face patients see and the guide through their treatment journey, you will play a vital role in creating a welcoming, trustworthy, and professional experience.

Requirements:
*Previous dental office experience in both front desk operations and treatment coordination is required
*Bilingual fluent in both English and Spanish
* Strong knowledge of dental procedures, terminology, and insurance
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Confident discussing finances and treatment options with patients
* Ability to multitask, prioritize, and maintain attention to detail in a busy environment
* Professional, reliable, and team-oriented mindset

Reception Duties

* Greet and check in patients warmly
* Answer phones and manage appointment scheduling
* Verify insurance eligibility and benefits
* Maintain accurate patient records and handle necessary paperwork
* Collect and process payments
* Provide general front desk support to ensure smooth daily operations

Treatment Coordinator Duties:

* Present detailed treatment plans to patients in an easy-to-understand manner
* Explain procedures, timelines, and financial options clearly and confidently
* Review insurance benefits and out-of-pocket costs with patients
* Assist patients in making informed decisions about their dental care
* Coordinate and schedule follow-up appointments and phased treatment
* Follow up on unscheduled treatment and pending cases
* Act as a liaison between the clinical team, patient, and insurance when needed

Compensation: Pay is based on experience, education, certifications, licenses, skills, and training.
