Monarch Landing is recruiting for a hospitality-focused Environmental Services Associate (Floor Care Technician) to join our team! The Floor Care Technician is responsible for oversight of floor care cleaning and performing prescribed tasks as part of various special projects in apartments and public areas of the community.

Here are a few of the daily responsibilities of a Floor Care Technician:

• Exemplify at all times Community standards of cleanliness, sanitation, and organization.
• Oversees floor care cleaning of common areas, offices, resident apartments, stairwells, and all other areas as assigned.

Here are a few of the qualifications we need you to have:

• High school diploma or general education degree (GED) is required.
• Some experience performing floor care duties in a retirement community, hotel, or healthcare setting preferred.
• Have the ability to work one weekend day/week.
