Summary
Under the general supervision of the Director or Site Supervisor, the Maintenance/Custodian has the primary responsibility for cleaning the center in such a way to promote health and safety while reducing the spread of infection.
Essential Functions:
Follows and completes the center's daily, weekly, and monthly cleaning schedule.
Conducts facilities checklists to oversee and meet all local, state, and federal building requirements.
Promptly addresses and reports health and safety concerns.
Performs light general maintenance throughout the building.
Participates in emergency drills and environmental safety activities, as requested
Performs other duties as assigned.
Minimum Qualifications:
High School Diploma or equivalency with custodial training preferred
Effective oral and written communication skills commensurate with the position's responsibilities are required.
