EMei opens 7 days a week, with a bar. We are looking for a highly motivated, experienced Bartender who can work in a team-oriented, high-volume, fast-paced, guest centric environment.
Good tips, great income, busy but friendly work environment. 1-2 years experience at a professionally run restaurant is required. Free staff meals provided during working hours.
Responsibilities:
Prepare and serve a variety of beverages, including classic cocktails, beer, wine, and signature Asian drinks;
Deliver excellent customer service to ensure a memorable experience;
Maintain a clean and organized bar area, including glassware, utensils, and counters;
Manage bar inventory and report stock levels for replenishment;
Adhere to all food safety and alcohol service regulations;
Support other restaurant staff with tasks such as food service or clearing tables during quieter bar hours.
Requirements:
1+ years bartender experience, providing excellent customer service in a fast-paced environment;
Knowledge of our drink menu and the ability to introduce them to customers;
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a friendly and professional demeanor;
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks efficiently;
Relevant certifications such as RAMP.
