Job Summary:
We are seeking a friendly and customer-oriented Host to join our team. The Host will be the first point of contact for guests, providing a welcoming atmosphere and exceptional service. The hours for this position are 11-7 and 12-8 pm with an earlier release if business is slow.

Primary Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Greet guests with a warm and friendly welcome
- Seat guests and manage the seating chart
- Assist in taking reservations over the phone or in person
- Provide guests with menus and answer any initial questions
- Maintain a tidy and organized reception area
- Collaborate with servers to ensure efficient service
- Handle guest concerns and escalate to management when necessary

-assist with stocking paper products and keeping restrooms tidy throughout the shift

-Take to-go orders

Skills:
- Excellent guest relations skills
- Ability to assist and communicate effectively with guests
- Proficient in phone etiquette
- Prior experience in a hotel, restaurant, or hospitality setting is preferred

-Great under pressure
