Part-Time Property Cleaner Hartford, CT

We are a property management company in Hartford, CT looking to hire a reliable and responsible Property Cleaner to maintain cleanliness across multiple residential properties. This is a part-time position (approximately 30 hours/week) with steady weekly work.

Job Responsibilities:

Clean interior and exterior common areas (hallways, entrances, stairwells, front/back yards, etc.)
Sweep, mop, wipe down surfaces, and remove trash from common areas
Place garbage and recycling bins out for pickup and return them after collection
Ensure the properties remain clean and presentable at all times
Requirements:
Must have a car to travel between properties
Must be dependable, detail-oriented, and able to work independently
Previous cleaning experience is preferred
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in different weather conditions
Pay: Based on experience
