Job Overview: As a Front Desk and Sales Attendant, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional customer service to our guests and members. This role requires strong interpersonal skills, attention to detail, and a friendly demeanor.

Responsibilities:

All staff members must provide excellent customer service
Maintain a friendly and respectful environment
Scan membership ID's upon entry
Update members accounts
Answer phones and be ready to address questions/concerns
Conduct membership inquiries and suggest appropriate membership options, and lead a successful sales pitch
Must know all package offerings, group class descriptions, and operating hours

Qualifications:

Previous sales, front desk, and customer service experience: Preferred
Must be reliable, professional and responsible
People person with an interest in health, fitness, and sports
Basic computer knowledge
Bilingual: English and Spanish speaking a plus
