We are seeking a detail-oriented and reliable Housekeeper to join our team. The Housekeeper is responsible for maintaining a high standard of cleanliness and presentation in guest homes to ensure a five-star experience for every arrival. This role plays a vital part in upholding our reputation for exceptional service and guest satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
Clean and prepare vacation rental homes after guest departures and before new arrivals
Perform general cleaning duties including dusting, sweeping, vacuuming, mopping, and sanitizing surfaces
Make beds, change linens, and replenish towels and guest supplies
Clean and sanitize kitchens and bathrooms thoroughly
Wash and put away dishes, remove trash, and restock paper goods
Report damages, missing items, or maintenance needs immediately
Ensure homes meet company cleanliness standards and follow property-specific checklists
Handle laundry duties as needed (on-site or off-site)
Follow all safety protocols and use cleaning products responsibly
Maintain a respectful and professional demeanor when interacting with guests or team members
Qualifications:
Proven experience in housekeeping, preferably in hospitality or vacation rentals
High attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness
Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently
Reliable transportation and valid driver's license (if travel between properties is required)
Physically able to stand, bend, lift, and perform repetitive tasks for extended periods
Flexible availability including weekends and holidays
Preferred Skills:
Familiarity with short-term rental operations
Bilingual (Spanish/English) a plus
Smartphone and basic tech skills (for checklists or time tracking apps)
