Live-In Housekeeper Beverly Hills

A prominent family in Beverly Hills is seeking a dedicated and experienced Live-In Housekeeper to join their long-standing household team. This is a unique opportunity to work in a fully staffed, respectful environment where past housekeepers have remained with the family for 10+ years.

Compensation & Benefits:

Hourly position targeting $125,000/year all-in after overtime (possible flexibility DOE)

Private bedroom and bathroom provided

Uniform: Black attire required

Use of separate staff kitchen

Schedule:

Live-in required

Ideally 7 days/week or open to 5-6 days/week live-in schedule

Daily hours approx. 7:00 AM 10:00 PM, with ample breaks throughout the day

Responsibilities:

General housekeeping duties including:

Dishes

Laundry

Sweeping & mopping

Dusting

Cleaning is divided into zones:

2 housekeepers focus on the principals quarters and personal laundry

Remaining house areas are divided among staff

No outdoor duties (houseman manages exteriors)

No pet care required (dog walker on staff)

Only all-natural cleaning products are used in the home

Qualifications:

Prior experience as a live-in housekeeper in a high-end, private home

Professionalism, discretion, and attention to detail

Team player who works well with others and takes pride in maintaining a pristine environment

Long-term mindset highly preferred

Must be authorized to work in the U.S.
