The East Bay's best and San Leandro's own, Paradiso Restaurant, is on the lookout for a professional and dedicated Bartender to join our incredible team!

Were seeking someone who is:

- Honest, reliable, and positive in both attitude and action

- Passionate about providing excellent guest experiences

- Skilled in multitasking and thrives in a fast-paced, high-volume environment

- Fully available on our busiest days especially Fridays and Saturdays with the flexibility to pick up additional shifts during the week

Please Note: If you're looking for a second job but are not available on Fridays and/or Saturdays, this likely wont be the right fit. Those shifts are essential to our operation, and were specifically seeking someone who can help lead the team during our peak times.

Desired Qualifications:

- 5+ years of bartending experience (fine dining or upscale preferred)

- Strong knowledge of spirits, wine, beer, and cocktail technique

- Holds current Food Handler and Responsible Beverage Service (RBS) certifications

- Weekend and evening availability is a must

- Comfortable working collaboratively with both front- and back-of-house teams

- Great time management and attention to detail
