Role
We are looking for a dedicated and proactive Houseperson to join our Housekeeping team at Amangiri in Canyon Point, Utah. Reporting to the Housekeeping Manager, you will support the overall cleanliness and maintenance of guest suites, public areas, and pools. This role plays a vital part in ensuring a seamless guest experience in our ultra-luxury resort environment.

Responsibilities

Support the cleanliness and presentation of guest suites and arrival/departure rooms.

Respond to guest requests promptly and professionally.

Maintain public areas, hallways, and service pantries in pristine condition.

Assist Room Attendants with daily cleaning and bed setup.

Follow all housekeeping protocols and Aman standards.

Report maintenance issues, damages, and lost and found items.

Maintain proper grooming and wear a name tag at all times.

Answer phone calls in a courteous and timely manner.

Perform cleaning tasks across the property as directed by the Housekeeping Manager.

Support other departments and resort operations when needed.

Requirements

Oral proficiency in English.

High School diploma or General Education Diploma (G.E.D.).

Ability to work in a physically demanding role.

Must have the legal right to work in the United States.

Willingness to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays.

Strong attention to detail and guest-focused attitude.

Ability to maintain discretion, professionalism, and high grooming standards.

Experience in housekeeping or hospitality is preferred but not required.

Ability to work both indoors and outdoors in varying weather conditions.
