Front Desk Hostess @ The Men's Club of Houston

We are seeking a vibrant and customer-focused individual to join our team as a day shift hostess. As the first point of contact for guests, you will play a key role in creating a positive and memorable experience. Responsibilities:

- Warmly greet and welcome guests with a genuine smile.
- Provide information about the menu, daily specials, and promotions.
- Keep the lobby area clean, organized, and comfortable for guests.
- Collaborate with the FOH team to ensure seamless communication.
- Address guest concerns promptly and ensure their satisfaction.
- Promote special menu items and enhance the overall dining experience.
- Handle cash transactions and process payments accurately.

Qualifications:

- Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to remain calm and courteous in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Previous experience in hospitality or customer service is a plus.
