Were currently seeking a Restaurant Manager who leads by example and is passionate about training and mentoring teams. This role primarily oversees breakfast and lunch service , with shifts beginning as early as 6:00 or 7:00 AM.

This position offers a comprehensive package including:

  • A Base Salary Range of $75,000- $85,000

Desired Requirements:

  • A minimum of 2 years of progressive management experience in a reputable restaurant and/or luxury hotel
  • A positive and self-motivated disposition with a commitment to excellence and team success
  • Experience hiring, training and mentoring a large diverse hourly staff
  • The ability to maintain and train steps of services through the restaurant's hourly team while adding informative training opportunities when applicable
  • Prior familiarity with POS, ALOHA & OpenTable or Resy software systems highly preferred
