Qualified candidates should be able to:

• Must have valid Driver's License and your own transportation.
• Ability to push minimum of 100 pounds [power cleaning appliances]; ability to lift minimum of 50 pounds [trash and supplies]
• Ability to carry 50 pounds up 4 flights of stairs.
• Ability to climb a ladder and a step ladder.
• Must be able to pass a criminal background check.

Hours:

• 10-20PT hours a week
• Monday-Friday between 5-11pm (flexible)
• Occasional Weekends

Starting Pay: $15-18/ hour - Based on skill set and experience.
