The Details
Title: Healthcare Valet Ambassador Location: St. Joseph, Missouri
Pay: $16/hr+tips
Shifts: Full-time and part-time positions are available. Must have full availability Monday through Friday.

Do you love driving cars and meeting new people? Are you energetic and fast on your feet? We are hiring Healthcare Valet Ambassadors to provide exceptional service to our customers while professionally and responsibly parking their cars.
As a Healthcare Valet Ambassador, you are often the first and last person our customers see. A warm welcome, a smiling face, and a professional demeanor are essential to the role.
What You'll Do
- Help direct traffic to keep the flow of cars organized.
- Welcome guests upon arrival and departure.
- Greet all customers, assist with their needs, and develop a positive rapport.
- Open and close doors for every customer.
- Assist guests with luggage as needed.
- Turn off each car, remove the keys, and provide the customer with a valet ticket.
- Park and retrieve cars carefully, efficiently, and promptly.
- Maintain a self-reliant attitude and be able to work with or without supervision.
- Promote extraordinary customer relations by going above and beyond.

Requirements
- Ability to drive a manual transmission is preferred but not required.
- Strong customer service experience.
- Parking and/or hospitality industry experience is preferred but not required.
Physical Demands
- Willingness to work in the elements (heat, wind, snow, rain, etc.).
- Ability to lift, push, and pull at least 50 pounds.
- Ability to stand, walk, and run for extended periods.
- Ability to bend, stoop, squat, and lift frequently throughout a shift.
