Custodian II Facilities

Seeking a full time Custodian to work in our Facilities Management department.

Hours: 4pm - 12pm Monday - Friday. No weekend work!

Responsibilities:

• Clean restrooms
• Ceramic Floors
• Empties the trash cans inside and outside
• Takes out all trash and recyclables

Other duties:

• Semi Annually cleans carpets and chairs
• Semi Annually strips, finishes and burnishing hard floors
• Semi Annually scrubs ceramic floors
• Responsible for filling in for absent Custodian I's
• Performs other duties as assigned

Requirements:

• High school diploma or
• GED
• Valid Driver's license
• Able to lift 50lbs or more
• Minimum 6 months of previous experience in this field
• General knowledge of housekeeping equipment to perform the duties of this position
• Ability to use a computer for training purposes
• Must be able to successfully pass a pre-employment physical and background check
