Host/Hostess

Compensation and Benefits:
- Competitive hourly wage: $14 per hour
- Enjoy a holiday rate of 1.5 times normal pay on Easter, Memorial Day, July 4, Labor Day and Thanksgiving
- 401k enrollment after 60 days (team member contributions if eligible)
- 401k employer contributions (4%) after one year if eligible
- Complimentary meals are provided in our team member dining room while on duty
- Team member appreciation events (including a summer pool party and recognition party)
Essential Job Functions:
- Uphold the purpose and core values of Atlanta Athletic Club through exceptional service
- Conduct a walk-through of the dining room to identify any defects and ensure seating arrangements are properly organized
- Review the reservation list and make any necessary follow-up calls
- Clean and inspect menus to ensure they are prepared and ready for the shift
- Print the nightly specials inserts for the menus
- Collaborate with the Manager on Duty to create the server floor plan
- Participate in the staff lineup meeting.
- Greet members promptly, assisting them to their designated table
- Notify the server in each section when a guest has been seated at their table
- Circulate the dining room to assist during slower podium times, offering support with food delivery, beverage service, clearing tables, and any additional tasks to assist servers
- Perform additional duties as assigned by Supervisor or Manager
Requirements:
- Must be able to stand for 4-6 hours
- Availability to work a minimum of three shifts per week, including weekends and holidays
- Maintain a positive attitude and be ready to collaborate effectively with others
- Demonstrate a willingness to grow as a hospitality expert by actively participating in our training program
Schedule:
- Part-Time (15-20 hours/week) based on your availability
- Shifts vary based on the needs of the Club and include nights, weekends and holidays
