Janitor - AM

We are seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Janitor to join our facilities team with a primary focus on cleaning and maintaining the production room to ensure a safe, sanitary, and efficient work environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform daily cleaning and sanitizing of the production area, including floors, surfaces, equipment exteriors, and high-touch points
• Remove waste and recycling from the production floor
• Restock cleaning and sanitation supplies as needed
• Operate industrial cleaning equipment (e.g., floor scrubbers) when required
• Support general janitorial tasks in common areas, restrooms, and break rooms as needed

Qualifications:

• Previous janitorial or industrial cleaning experience preferred
• Comfortable working around production equipment and adhering to hygiene protocols
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods
• Reliable, punctual, and detail-oriented

Security Clearance: A valid government-issued photo ID is required for entry and must be presented at security checkpoints daily

When working in a Janitorial position through Bluecrew, you may be expected to do any and all of the following:

• Working independently or in a team to clean, sanitize, and tidy varying workspaces including offices, warehouses, shopping centers or other locations.
• Safely operating mechanical or manual equipment including vacuums, waxers, mops, polishers, and other standard janitorial items.
• Operating machinery or other light equipment as trained in a safe and responsible manner
• Reaching, crouching, bending over, and other physically strenuous activities as required by the immediate supervisor
• Working on your feet at a fast pace for the entirety of the shift
• There may be a specific dress code, but if it is not listed, please make sure to wear close-toed shoes and pants.
